PRE-PRODUCTION: - Before we start working on your project, we will require a deposit. Your deposit will go towards the total project cost, so you wont have to worry about spending extra money. the reason we have a deposit policy intact is to protect ourselves from those refuse to pay us after a project is completed, or change their mind mid project. We value your business, and request that you value our time.
HOW MUCH WILL THE DEPOSIT COST?: - This depends on the final total price of your project. If the total comes to $400 dollars, then we require a $200 deposit. If the total comes to $20 dollars then we require a $10 deposit and so on and so fourth.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES: - We expect you, the paying customer to uphold certain responsibilities. Once of which includes honesty. We are a design company and design based on YOUR needs. If we present you with a design, please do not hesitate to tell us that it does not meet your criteria. If something does not look like TELL US! It's our job to make YOU happy! Once we accept final payment, there are no refunds and we cannot retrace our steps to alter any flaws that you failed to bring to our attention.
SERVICE AND SUPPORT: We offer free customer support and service regarding your project. Either by phone, SKYPE or email. We do however have real lives and schedules - which means we cannot answer any inquiries at 2 o'clock in the morning.
